inviol is a New Zealand founded and owned start-up. We use AI and a site's existing CCTV to detect near misses and high-risk events as they happen, so safety teams can coach before someone gets hurt. Our customers are some of the largest manufacturing, logistics and distribution businesses in New Zealand, Australia, the US and the UK.

We're hiring someone to win and grow these accounts. It's hard work. The targets are big, the pace is intense, and you'll be running several complex deals at once. The rewards match the effort.

What you'll do

• Win new enterprise logos: prospect, open doors with senior operations and safety leaders, and run multi-stakeholder deals through procurement, IT and legal.

• Run pilot programs: scope them, launch them, keep site teams engaged, and turn results into rollouts.

• Grow existing accounts: expand from one site to dozens, and build relationships right up to the C-suite.

• Own your number. You decide how you hit it.

Who you are

• You have 5+ years in customer-facing roles, working directly with senior people at large enterprises. That could be sales, consulting, account management, operations or something we haven't thought of.

• You're comfortable in a room with a VP of Operations, and just as comfortable on a warehouse floor in hi-vis.

• You're commercially driven and want your earnings tied to your results.

• You thrive under pressure, recover quickly from setbacks, and don't need managing.

• You're organised enough to run several long, complex deals at once without dropping any of them.

Nice to have

• Experience selling or delivering technology, SaaS or AI to enterprise

• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing or workplace safety

• Exposure to US or UK markets
