Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
Leading the business partnering function and playing a central role in performance across operations, you will provide constructive commercial challenge across the board.
- Owning the annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Driving commercial discipline across pricing, volume, margin and mix
- Leading advanced commercial modelling and decision support
- Preparing board papers and monthly business performance review packs
- Reviewing business cases and ensuring robust commercial analysis
- Building strong partnerships across the business
Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed
You will be a commercially driven finance leader who can confidently partner and engage effectively with senior stakeholders. Ideally you will bring:
- Chartered Accountant qualification
- Proven experience in commercial finance, business partnering or leadership
- Team mentoring and development experience
- Advanced analytical and modelling capability
- Ability to translate complex data into a influential commercial story
