About you:
- 6+ years solid Corporate legal experience;
- Experience gained in a top tier firm or highly regarded Corporate team where you've had some transactional / M&A experience;
- An interest in learning and continuing to grow your Corporate legal career;
- NZ qualified; and
- Good academics.
