We are seeking a detail-focused and motivated Revenue Recovery Officer to join our Hamilton team. This role will play a key part in ensuring freight is accurately assessed and underticketed items are identified and processed correctly, protecting revenue and supporting service excellence across the network.

The Role

Based at our Hamilton branch, the Revenue Recovery Officer role will be hands-on, and fast paced. It is an operational role where accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are essential. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure all underticketed freight is captured, recorded, and actioned in a timely manner, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and operational discipline.

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday - 11:30am to 8pm.

What you'll be doing

• Accurately identify, capture, and process underticketed freight

• Maintain high levels of data accuracy in recording revenue recovery activity

• Ensure depot areas are maintained to a clean, safe, and professional standard

• Follow company procedures to ensure service excellence is consistently delivered

• Carry out additional duties as directed to support operational requirements
