Service & Install Technician Opportunity in Christchurch!

Our team is expanding and we’re seeking a Service & Install Technician to join our Christchurch branch.

What We're Looking For:
Do you have a passion for proactive improvement of customer sites & assets? Proficiency with both electrical and mechanical principals? Strong aptitude for diagnostics & problem solving?
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, old and new.
Assess, repair and maintain entrance systems at the request of the customer and PENSA staff, as part of a scheduled preventative maintenance programme as well as reactive break downs.
Provide proactive recommendations to improve site conditions.
Provide detailed reports of any and all progress to the Service Manager, both in writing (Phone or Tablet) and phone call.
Provide accurate details of work done for every job.
Strictly follow all site regulations as relayed by each site visited. This includes all health and safety, sign in procedures, contact chains etc.
Maintain high levels of communication with designated customer contact & PENSA management.
Maintain positive, helpful relationships with all customer contacts.

Requirements:
Full Driver’s Licence.
Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
