Knight Benedikt, part of the global Movora group, supplies veterinary clinics across Australia with everything they need except drugs: consumables, instruments, orthopaedics and equipment. We’re looking for a Technical Support & Sales Specialist to join our team in Western Sydney.

You already know how a clinic runs, what vets and nurses need day to day, and how to explain things clearly to clients. Those are exactly the skills that make someone great in this role. We’ll teach you the products and the sales side.

What you’ll be doing

• Building relationships with vets, nurses and practice teams as their go-to contact at Knight Benedikt

• Visiting clinics (in person and online) to understand their needs and recommend the right products

• Introducing new products and helping clinics plan their purchasing

• Answering enquiries, preparing quotes and solving problems quickly

• Supporting our hands-on education workshops and representing us at conferences and events

• Keeping customer records up to date in HubSpot and working closely with our customer service, education and marketing teams

What you’ll bring

• Cert IV/Diploma in Veterinary Nursing or BVetTech

• Experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital, and/or a customer service background

• Confident communicating with vets and clinic teams

• Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and happy to learn new systems

• Happy to travel: regular local clinic visits, around 35% interstate travel, and some weekend work

Nice to have, but not essential

• Surgical or theatre experience (it’ll help you get up to speed quickly)

• Experience ordering stock or managing clinic inventory

• Any sales or account management experience
