Our client requires a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who can combine technical measurement expertise with strong commercial oversight, financial management and team leadership.

Requirements:

• A BSc, BTech or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction industry.
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects with values exceeding R100 million.
• Working knowledge of CCS (Candy) or BuildSmart software.
• Demonstrated team leadership and management capabilities.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, standard measurement systems and preambles.
• Knowledge of JBCC, NEC, FIDIC and MBSA contract forms.
• Excellent commercial, financial and cost management skills.
