The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Civil / Water Resources Engineer to join our engineering team in Christchurch.
You will play a key technical role in delivering hydrology, hydraulics, drainage and flood management solutions for large-scale renewable energy projects across Australia and New Zealand.
Working across the full project lifecycle, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide practical engineering solutions from design through to construction.

About You

• A Civil Engineering degree and at least 5 years' relevant experience.
• Strong experience in hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater, drainage and flood modelling.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D/AutoCAD and TUFLOW, HEC-RAS or equivalent.
• Experience delivering civil engineering designs for major infrastructure, ideally renewables.
• Knowledge of relevant Australian and New Zealand standards and requirements.

You will bring strong technical expertise, sound engineering judgement and the ability to collaborate effectively across design, commercial and construction teams. Experience delivering utility-scale renewable energy projects, particularly Solar PV, BESS and substations, will be highly regarded, along with experience in flood modelling and drainage design for large construction sites.
