About the role
A full-time, in-store Collections Picker role is available at Trade Depot's Hamilton Showroom. As a Collections Picker, you will be responsible for efficiently locating and preparing customer orders for pickup. This hands-on position is crucial in ensuring customers receive their purchases in a timely and accurate manner. The role offers a stable, full-time work arrangement in a collaborative retail environment.
What you'll be doing
Locating specific items from the warehouse inventory based on customer orders
Maintaining accurate order information
Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries
Working closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Adhering to all health, safety and security protocols
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a retail, logistics or customer service role
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday (days off Monday & Tuesday)
