Our world-class manufacturing site produces Dietary Supplements for New Zealand and multiple overseas markets. Recently acquired by Nestle Health Sciences (a division of Nestle), we are looking to the future to build on our successes and expand our horizons.

About the role

The Packing Operator's role involves all the activities related to the packing of encapsulated dietary supplements and the continuous improvement of the quality of products produced and working in a team on a packing line. This is a permanent full-time role, Monday - Friday based at our factory in Mangere, Auckland.

Key responsibilities

  • Packing of the product as per batch document

  • Perform Line Clearance according to standard operating procedure

  • Cleaning and sanitizing of packing area according to standard operating procedure

  • Performing in-process testing according to batch documents and standard operating procedures

  • Filling batch document

About you

  • Previous experience in a factory environment or operating machinery is an advantage

  • Good written and spoken communication skills

  • A good level of physical fitness as there are often long periods of standing

  • Strong adherence to workplace Health and Safety practices

  • The ability to work in a team environment

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • An understanding of the importance of working to strict deadlines

  • Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
