About the role

Red Shed Palazzo is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Full-Time Café Manager to join our friendly team in Karaka, Auckland. You will be confident in running day-to-day café operations, managing a small team, and maintaining café standards.

Key responsibilities

• Run day-to-day café operations

• Make high-quality coffee, including espresso-based drinks and latte art

• Provide excellent customer service and create a great customer experience

• Motivate, support, and manage a small team

• Jump behind the coffee machine, serve customers, and help wherever needed

• Handle staff rostering, stock management, and ordering

• Maintain café standards

• Stay calm and efficient during busy periods

• Take ownership and bring great energy to the team

About you

• Previous café management experience

• Strong barista skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Leadership skills

• Strong organisational skills

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand

• Strong spoken English and communication skills

• Reliable, punctual, and committed

• Available to work weekends as required
