We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our client on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with leadership, driving financial performance, and ensuring strong cash flow management during a critical period for the business.

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in providing financial insights, supporting decision-making, and maintaining robust financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making
Lead cash flow forecasting, monitoring, and reporting
Partner closely with senior leaders across the business
Prepare monthly management reports and performance commentary
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and month-end activities
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting
Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting requirements

About You

CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification is essential
Proven experience in a Senior Accountant, Management Accountant, or Finance Business Partner role
Strong cash flow management and forecasting capability
Comfortable working directly with leadership and influencing stakeholders
Commercially astute with excellent analytical skills
Able to quickly understand business operations and deliver practical solutions
Confident communicator with a collaborative and proactive approach
