• Assimilate data from System & analyse to create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly
• reports
• Analyse reports to detect problems during data collection and help review data that has
• been collected
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate insightful reports
• and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver
• customized reports as per business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports for management review

• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and process data from databases

• Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI

• Build and manage Excel-based reports (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros)

• Automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort and turnaround time

• Identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement areas in data

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivots, macros)

• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis

• Working knowledge of Power BI (report/dashboard creation)

• Experience automating reports (e.g., via Excel macros, Power Query, or tools like Python/n8n )

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills for stakeholder coordination

Good to Have

• Exposure to Python for data automation

• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems

• Experience with scheduling/workflow automation tools
