The opportunity
As a senior leader within Education Services, the Manager: Educational Systems and Programs provides strategic leadership of educational systems, student support frameworks and pathways initiatives, strengthening teaching, learning, wellbeing and student outcomes across the Diocese. The role provides high-level advice to the Director: Education Services and leads key initiatives aligned with system priorities.
Please note this role will require regular travel to a range of schools across the Diocese, including overnight stays.

About you
Experience in leadership role in an education setting.
Hold or be eligible to hold, registration as a teacher in Queensland.
A strong organisational and project management capability, including the ability to provide leadership across multiple projects and multiple teams.
Outstanding conceptual and analytical skills, including the ability to undertake research, prepare reports and provide expert advice to senior management.
A deep understanding of the current national education landscape.
Outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
