About the role

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading the site team throughout the construction lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, clients, and consultants while driving programme performance on site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage on-site construction teams

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site activities

• Drive project programmes and maintain construction milestones

• Champion site health, safety, and environmental standards

• Conduct site inductions and ensure compliance processes are followed

• Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders

• Deliver projects to quality, budget, and programme expectations

About you

• 10+ years' Site Management experience delivering commercial construction projects valued at $20M+

• Trade and/or tertiary qualifications in construction or a related discipline

• A proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and to a high standard

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Well-established subcontractor relationships and local market knowledge

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
