YOUR SCHEDULE – CONSISTENT WEEKEND HOURS!

Location: North Ridgeville, OH – Westside Cuyahoga
Position: HHA / Caregiver – Personal Care

Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 7p-7a
Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 7P-7A
Saturday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

36 hours per week! Enjoy a consistent three-day schedule while making a meaningful impact in someone's life.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a BrightStar Care caregiver, you'll help clients feel safe, comfortable, and supported in their own homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Providing personal care, bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance
Helping with mobility, transfers, and safe movement
Preparing meals and providing medication reminders
Performing light housekeeping and laundry
Offering companionship and emotional support
Monitoring and reporting changes in the client's condition
Following the individualized plan of care

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

High School Diploma or GED
At least one year of caregiving or direct care experience preferred
HHA, STNA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant training preferred
Current CPR certification
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and maintain client confidentiality
