Where you could make an impact
Your work could include:
Stakeholder coordination, consultation and relationship management.
Reviewing and assessing TMPs using NZGTTM principles and a risk-based approach.
Coordinating network access, road-space bookings, road closures, approval of traffic control devices and stakeholder requirements.
Developing practical, risk-based solutions for client work.
Advising applicants, clients, RCAs, contractors, and project teams on complex TTM challenges.
Supporting major projects, tenders, auditing, coaching, or training.
Improving systems, processes, and industry outcomes through clear thinking and continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring
We’re interested in people who combine strong technical capability with practical judgement and excellent relationships. You may currently work in TMP design, RCA approvals, traffic coordination, corridor access, site compliance, and traffic engineering.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
Significant operational experience in TTM, transport, traffic planning, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of TMP design or review, TTM practice, and risk-based assessment.
Relevant TTM, NZTA, or NZQA-recognised qualifications are desireable.
Clear written communication and the confidence to make and explain technical decisions.
Strong stakeholder skills, attention to detail, initiative, and calmness under pressure.
Confidence with digital systems; AutoCAD or RCA application/approval-system experience will be valuable for relevant opportunities.
