Compensation: $18.50 per hour
Job Site Location: Sunnyvale, TX
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday
2nd Shift: 1:00 PM–9:00 PM
3rd Shift: 9:00 PM–5:00 AM
Must be available for overtime and weekends as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities
Gather, match, and organize merchandise according to order instructions.
Assemble product groups, kits, or order components in the correct sequence.
Verify product quantities, labels, and order details for accuracy.
Identify missing, incorrect, or damaged items and report discrepancies.
Prepare completed product groupings for the next stage of fulfillment.
Follow established collation procedures and quality standards.
Organize materials to maintain efficient workflow.
Maintain a clean and safe work area while meeting productivity expectations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step instructions.
Ability to accurately match products and verify quantities.
Basic counting and organizational skills.
Ability to perform repetitive sorting, assembly, and merchandise handling tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable attendance and ability to meet productivity expectations.
Availability for assigned shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in warehouse collation, kitting, order assembly, or fulfillment.
Experience in sorting, packing, inventory handling, or product inspection.
Familiarity with order picking instructions or product identification systems.
Previous warehouse or distribution center experience.
