We are seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience across a diverse range of civil and electrical infrastructure projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced and supportive team, developing your technical skills while contributing to the successful delivery of complex projects.
Key Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
Current Driver’s Licence
Construction Induction (White) Card
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, maintain documentation, and collaborate effectively with project teams.
Proficient computer skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office and project management systems.
Sound knowledge and understanding of Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S), Quality, and Environmental practices.
A proactive, career-focused mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
Experience working in live substation environments and alongside energised high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) networks is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive daily site reports, records, and project documentation.
Prepare, review, and manage project documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Liaise confidently and professionally with Construction Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, clients, and relevant authorities.
Monitor project progress, performance, and efficiencies to support successful project delivery.
Assist with quality assurance processes, statutory documentation, audits, project planning, and reporting requirements.
