Select Recruitment is currently seeking a Frame & Truss Fabricator to join our nationwide client at their Dunedin manufacturing facility. This is a full-time, opportunity with excellent training and development provided.

About the Role
Working as part of an experienced production team, you will be involved in the manufacture of timber frames and trusses used in residential and commercial construction projects.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Cutting and preparing timber components
- Operating nail guns and production equipment
- Assembling and pressing frames and trusses
- Reading and following manufacturing plans
- Maintaining quality and safety standards
- Working collaboratively to achieve production targets
What We're Looking For
- Have previous carpentry, construction, manufacturing, or labouring experience
- Be physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual work
- Have a strong focus on health and safety
- Be reliable, punctual, and motivated
- Work well within a team environment
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Possess good practical skills and common sense
Previous frame and truss experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training can be provided to the right person.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum Restricted Class 1 Driver Licence
