Our client is looking for a leading corrugated cardboard packaging manufacturer, is looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join their modern production plant. Responsibilities:

Machine Operator

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets.

• Monitor product quality and ensure finished boards meet required specifications.

• Remove defective products from the production line.

• Carry out routine machine checks and basic maintenance.

Baler Operator

• Operate the baler safely and efficiently to process cardboard waste.

• Ensure waste materials are sorted and baled according to company standards.

• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of the baler.

• Maintain a clean and safe recycling and waste management area.

• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.

Pay Rate & Hours:

• Monday to Friday

• 3.15 pm – 1.45 am

• $27.50 per hour + 8% Holiday Pay + KiwiSaver + Onsite Car Parking

Skills & Experience:

• Current OSH Certificate (Essential for the Baler Operator role)

• Mechanically minded with the ability to use initiative and solve problems.

• Reliable, physically fit, and committed to safe working practices.

• Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and contribute to a productive workplace.
