Demcon highsystems Systems delivers high-quality, technically challenging multidisciplinary designs and implementations for solutions to societal challenges in the high-tech systems markets of Semicon (Front-end, Back-end, Photonics and Quantum), Defence and Nuclear (including Fusion). We achieve this through the efficient development, implementation, production and delivery of high-quality, technically challenging technology and innovative products. What are you going to do?
In this role, you will be responsible for systematically developing and expanding new business within the High Tech Systems market. You will operate at the intersection of technology, market and strategy, and work directly with systems engineers, project managers and senior management to drive sustainable growth.Your work is not about quick deals, but about identifying and developing technological opportunities that align with the long-term positioning of DEMCON High Tech Systems.
Key tasks and responsibilities - Responsible for the development and implementation of the long-term Business Development plan and the associated commercial strategy in existing and new markets (on a 3-month cycle), based on the unique strengths of Demcon HTS; - Identifying sub-markets; - Compiling a list of potentially attractive sub-markets;
Business development in these sub-markets (securing leads and projects);This should strike a healthy balance between sowing (long-term strategy) and reaping (short-term results). - R...
