Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy firm based in Essex, are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their team and play a crucial role in their Law Operations.       

Position: Employment Solicitor
Rate: Negotiable
Contract Duration: Permanent  

Job Responsibilities: 

• Advising both employers and individuals on a broad range of employment law matters, including both contentious and non-contentious work.
• Manage own caseload, provide high-quality advice to clients and contribute to the ongoing development of client relationships and business opportunities.
• Manage Employment Tribunal claims, High Court litigation regarding restrictive covenants/confidentiality, and workplace mediations.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister.
• Excellent knowledge and recent experience of providing legal advice in complex cases, relevant to the role.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
