Machine Operators (Day & Night Shift) | Pultron Composites | Gisborne

Pultron Composites is a Gisborne manufacturer producing high-strength fibreglass products used in major infrastructure projects around New Zealand and the world. Their products help build bridges, roads, wharves and other structures that are built to last.

We're looking for reliable, hands-on people to join the production team as Machine Operators.

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Have a great attitude and are keen to learn

• Are reliable and take pride in your work

• Enjoy working with machinery and solving problems

• Are mechanically minded (or willing to learn)

• Can pass a pre-employment drug test

No manufacturing experience is needed - full training will be provided.

In this role you'll:

• Operate and monitor production machinery

• Handle and cut fibreglass materials

• Carry out quality checks and make machine adjustments

• Help keep production running smoothly

• Follow safe work practices

• Work as part of a supportive production team
