Botswana Butchery Auckland is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Bartender to join our high-performing team at one of Auckland's most iconic waterfront restaurants.
Located in the historic Ferry Building, Botswana Butchery is known for its premium dining experience, exceptional service and impressive food and beverage offering.
We're looking for someone who brings confidence, personality and professionalism to the bar. You'll know your way around a cocktail menu, have excellent wine knowledge and enjoy delivering outstanding service, even when things get busy!
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Senior Bartender in a premium, high-volume restaurant or bar
Strong cocktail-making skills and excellent knowledge of spirits, wines and beverages
Confidence working independently and managing a busy bar service
A friendly, outgoing personality with a professional approach
Excellent communication, multitasking and organisational skills
High standards of presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail
A positive attitude, reliability and the ability to work well under pressure
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
