About the role:

This is a rare opportunity to work alongside likeminded and inspiring people. Zamboni just got an opening for a talented duty manager. You'll be helping the owners running this busy and amazing restaurant. The team is pretty damn great too. Our front of house squad does a great job and you'll be the capitan of the team by working hard and being a role model and inspiration. 

We are looking for a duty manager to join our team of professionals. 

Tasks Include: planning menus in consultation with chefs planning and organising special functions arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service selecting, training and supervising waiting staff take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders

Skills and experience:

At least three years of relevant experience in a similar outlet may substitute for the formal qualifications.

In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification. 

Wine & cocktails knowledge will add value to your application but plenty of training will be provided by one of the best wine professionals in the country. Other key skills: being open minded, truly passionate about hospitality and costumer service, trustworthy and hard working.
