Nelson Golf Club is looking for a dedicated and passionate Senior cafe team member to oversee the operations of the 19th Hole Café. The club proudly serves a variety of community groups, golfers, visitors, and special functions, providing breakfast, morning teas, dinners, and catering. Open 7 days a week, this role promises to be dynamic and engaging.

Responsibilities

• Front of house, making coffees, serving customers.

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the 19th Hole Café.

• Coordinate and oversee events and functions, ensuring high standards of service.

• Maintain exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

• Develop and implement business growth strategies to enhance the café's offerings and profitability.

• Manage staff, including training, scheduling and reviews.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
