Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI / GCP Trainer to deliver technical training on Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning and Google Cloud Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts and GCP services, along with the ability to explain complex technical topics through practical demonstrations, labs and real-world use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led training sessions on AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning and Google Cloud Platform.

• Train learners on GCP services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Compute Engine, Cloud Run and Google Kubernetes Engine.

• Explain AI/ML fundamentals, model development, deployment and monitoring.

• Deliver hands-on sessions on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Demonstrate practical use cases using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch and relevant AI frameworks.

• Create training materials, presentations, assignments, labs and assessments.

• Guide learners through real-world projects and practical exercises.

• Evaluate learner performance and provide feedback.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, Generative AI and Google Cloud technologies.

Required Skills

• 4–9 years of experience in AI/ML, Cloud Computing, GCP development or technical training.

• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and its core services.

• Hands-on experience with Vertex AI and AI/ML model development.

• Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering and RAG.

• Proficiency in Python programming.

• Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn or similar ML frameworks.

• Understanding of APIs, cloud architecture, deployment and model serving.

• Excellent communication, presentation and classroom-training skills.
