We are looking for an experienced Manager – Daily Implementation to lead the implementation of GIRO Daily across Kinetic. Reporting to the Head of Planning and Performance, this role will manage implementation projects, support the integration of Daily with HASTUS and represent Daily within Kinetic’s Competency Centre.
What you’ll be doing
Lead and project-manage GIRO Daily implementations across the business
Partner with operational teams to confirm user requirements
Work closely with Scheduling to ensure seamless integration between Daily and HASTUS
Participate in GIRO-led workshops and review service specification documentation
Lead Daily operations during parallel operating phases and manage the handover to operational teams
Deliver training to Scheduling and Operations employees
Act as the Daily representative within the Competency Centre and provide first-line support for service requests
Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, public transport clients, government stakeholders and external suppliers
Keep up to date with HASTUS technology and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
About you
This is a specialist role, and you will bring:
At least five years’ experience using HASTUS scheduling and rostering software
At least five years’ experience using GIRO Daily day-of-operations software
Strong project management, planning and organisational capability
Excellent written, interpersonal and presentation skills
The ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment
A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work effectively across operational and technical teams
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, and dashboard tools such as Power BI, would be an advantage.
