We are partnering with a listed natural resources business to find an FP&A Analyst to join their London based officesT. his is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to support operational performance, group forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting within a complex global organisation

The key remits to this FP&A Analyst role include;
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Analyse financial and operational performance across multiple business units
Deliver variance analysis, management reporting, and performance insights
Partner with operational and finance stakeholders across the business
Prepare presentations and reporting packs for senior leadership
Support systems improvements, reporting enhancements, and analytical projects

The ideal profile for the FP&A position;
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
Experience in FP&A, management reporting, budgeting, or commercial finance
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities
Experience with group reporting systems (e.g. Hyperion) is advantageous
Natural resources,Oil & Gas, mining, energy, infrastructure, or other asset-intensive industry experience preferred
