Your new role
As Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering financial reporting and supporting the delivery of accurate and timely financial information. You will be involved in leading monthly and year-end reporting activities, statutory accounting and finance projects, while partnering with operational teams to provide meaningful financial insight.

Key responsibilities will include

Managing month-end and year-end financial reporting activities
Supporting statutory accounts, compliance and audit requirements
Producing financial analysis and performance reporting for stakeholders
Supporting tax and VAT compliance processes
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls and reporting efficiency
Contributing to finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need to succeed
ACA, ACCA qualification
Previous experience within a financial accounting, statutory accounting or reporting-focused role
Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP would be advantageous
Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyse and interpret financial information
Strong communication skills with the confidence to work across multiple stakeholder groups
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
