Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Agri Advisory: Acting as a key advisor to rural clients on matters of agricultural tax, livestock accounting, farm management accounts, and in-depth financial analysis.
- Business Partnering: Partnering with farmers and agribusiness owners to uncover pathways for strategic growth, succession planning, and enhanced operational efficiency.
- Forecasting & Planning: Guiding clients in developing robust budgets, cash flow forecasts, and environmental compliance financial modeling to secure their long-term financial health.
- Mentorship: Playing a vital role in the development of junior staff, sharing your specialised agricultural sector expertise and helping to shape future leaders.
- Quality Assurance: Overseeing the final review of rural accounting work, guaranteeing the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
About You
