Business Analyst – Product

1. Strong understanding of insurance products, product features, business processes, and their impact on customer and claims journeys.
2. Strong experience in Life & Health Insurance, preferably with Claims domain expertise.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. Strong in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
5. Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional requirements.
6. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
7. Experience working closely with BU, clients, developers, QA, and cross-functional teams.
8. Good understanding of insurance processes and business workflows.
9. Ability to identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
