Established in 1987, Crab Farm Winery is a proudly family owned winery with a busy restaurant and cellar door. We're looking for a warm, friendly and hardworking Restaurant Manager to help lead our team and take the business to the next level.

Our restaurant is open Thursday to Sunday for lunch with dinner on Friday night and Saturday evenings for functions, weddings and events (particularly in the summer months). A minimum of 34 hours a week year round with more hours available from November through to April.

We're looking for someone with -

• A current Duty Managers certificate

• Previous relevant hospitality and restaurant management experience

• Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering great service.

• Friendly, flexible, reliable and a team player

• Someone who enjoys leading a team, creating a great atmosphere and making things happen.

• A passion for hospitality and ideas to help grow the business

• Work closely with our Head Chef with running events and weddings
