Ready to kick-start a career in executive recruitment with a team that genuinely backs you to succeed? We’re looking for an Associate Consultant to join our growing team in our Auckland CBD office.
Whether you're early in your career or looking for a people-focused role with real progression, this could be your perfect next move.
We are a specialist executive recruitment agency working across permanent and contract roles, and we are passionate about doing things properly, with care, integrity, and genuinely tailored solutions for both our clients and candidates.
When you join us, you can expect a full-time permanent opportunity with full training provided, so no recruitment experience is required. You will work in the exciting world of executive recruitment, enjoy a highly competitive commission structure, and have clear career progression and promotion pathways. Most importantly, you will be part of a fun, supportive, and genuinely collaborative team culture.
We are a close-knit team of three and growing, which means your contribution will be valued from day one.
This is a fantastic entry point into the recruitment industry for someone business-minded, curious, and great with people. You will be supported every step of the way with structured training, mentoring, and a clear incentive framework that rewards your effort and success.
If you are motivated by progression, enjoy connecting with people, and want a long-term career rather than just a job, we would love to meet you.
The Role:
No two days are the same in recruitment. You will support our Director and two Partners across temporary, contract, and permanent roles while learning the full recruitment lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
You will bring strong interpersonal skills, a positive and team-focused attitude, and the ability to work at pace while maintaining attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication, solid organisational skills, and confidence using systems and administration processes are important.
Have a proactive mindset is highly beneficial, and someone who can stay highly organised during busy periods is essential. An interest in the New Zealand business landscape and a genuine commitment to diversity and inclusion are also valued. You must be eligible to work in New Zealand on a permanent basis.
If you are interested, we would love to see your application!
You must be a New Zealand/Australian citizen, or have a valid New Zealand work visa to be able to apply for this position.
