About the role

As Integration and Technical Product Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our software integration partners and clients, supporting them to build on, test and get the most from Zenith's APIs and integration solutions. Reporting to the Technical Account Manager, you'll work closely with our sales, IT development, customer support, operations, and marketing teams to onboard partners smoothly and keep them running well. Based in Sydney (Mascot), this is a permanent, full-time role, primarily office based.

Key responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for integration partners, resolving their queries directly or with the right people across Zenith
  • Help software partners use our APIs and other integration solutions, from initial briefing and solution design through to roll-out and ongoing support
  • Lead partner onboarding, covering plans, set-up, testing and payment options configuration
  • Run and support user acceptance testing (UAT) with partners and on new product enhancements
  • Guide partners and internal teams on product usage, system configuration and functionality, and help them work through challenges
  • Learn how partners and their customers use Zenith, what slows them down, and champion the product enhancements that would help them most
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with integration partners and the teams that support them

About you

  • Solid experience working with APIs and other integration models, and the technical credibility to discuss them with developers and business stakeholders alike
  • A background in technical support, product, customer success, implementations or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience running or assisting with user acceptance testing, client implementations or operational processes
  • A logical, technical mindset and exceptional problem-solving skills
  • The ability to translate between business and technical teams, and to document, brief and demonstrate how systems and processes work
  • Strong relationship and partner account management skills, with clear written and verbal communication
  • Ownership and initiative, with the ability to prioritise well and stay accurate under deadlines
  • A collaborative approach and a genuine eagerness to learn and pitch in across an agile team
  • Experience in payments, banking or a client success role will be highly regarded but not a requirement
  • A tertiary degree is an advantage

Benefits

  • A competitive remuneration package
  • A supportive, values-led culture where strong performance is recognised and people have genuine opportunities to grow their careers
  • 5 Odd Job Days a year on top of annual leave, for personal errands and events (after 12 months)
  • Generous paid parental leave
