Combine operative support with inpatient surgical care across a broad surgical service.

- Work Schedule: Three 13-hour shifts; rotating days and nights. Full-time role listed at 40 hours weekly.

- Support Staff / Resources: Multiple Surgeons and collaborating residents; dedicated APP surgical service

What You Can Expect
- Perform Surgical First Assisting, admissions, discharges, rounds, bedside procedures, and surgical consultations.
- Coverage includes General, Thoracic, Vascular, Colorectal, Urologic, Breast, Endocrine, Plastic, and Oncologic Surgery, with ENT consultation exposure.
- APP and resident services operate separately while collaborating within a community teaching hospital.
Requirements
- Physician Assistant training.
- Unrestricted Connecticut license or eligibility.
- At least one year of experience required; a surgical or related background is preferred.
- Current CV required.
