As an Energy Law Legal Counsel, you will have all the autonomy needed to fulfill your missions:
- Lead the analysis of European regulations to design innovative legal frameworks.
- Develop the contractual structure for new low-carbon financing mechanisms.
- Assess the impact of legal developments on energy assets and the circular economy.
- Draft strategic agreements in collaboration with institutional partners.
- Advise engineers on project compliance and State aid regulations.
- Provide rigorous responses to requests from the Walloon Government.
To thrive in this role, you will bring your autonomy and skill set:
- Education: Master's degree in Law with a specialization in public or environmental law.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the energy or environmental sector.
- Languages: Fluent in spoken and written French, with strong reading proficiency in legal English.
- Soft Skills: Diplomacy, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented mindset.
