The Role
As a Sales Associate, you’ll join one of our sales pods, a small team built around a Sales Rep, a Sales Associate, and a Business Development Rep. You’ll own day-to-day relationships with a book of business customers: finding and engaging new prospects, turning inquiries into orders, keeping repeat buyers coming back, and helping the pod hit its revenue goals. You’ll start with real accounts, real quotas, and a clear path to grow.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and identify new business accounts through research, cold calling, email, and networking
Find opportunities within target industries for corporate gifting, golf tournaments, trade shows, and client events
Engage key decision makers and turn first conversations into closed orders
Respond quickly to inbound leads and BDR-sourced opportunities and convert them into new business
Build custom logo and promotional product solutions tailored to each customer’s needs
Grow your book of business by expanding new accounts and driving reorders from existing customers
Work with your Sales Rep on larger deals and account strategy
Keep every activity, opportunity, and account detail current in our CRM
Hit monthly targets for new accounts, orders, and revenue
