About the role

You'll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating and getting involved in landscaping site work. This is a hands-on role working with a small crew on residential work sites. The works includes paving, retaining, concrete, earthworks, drainage and lawn preparation and installation.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and organizing a small team onsite

• Carrying out general landscaping and construction

• Operating machinery when required

• Maintaining sites to be clean and tidy

• Ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard

• Following health and safety procedures at all times

About you

• Able to always communicate effectively

• Has a full drivers license

• Has a good understanding of site preparation and levels setting out

• Physically fit and enthusiastic

• Friendly and respectful to staff and our clients

• Values teamwork and a positive mindset

• Minimum 1 year experience in landscaping would be helpful but not essential

• Construction trade experience is welcome

• Digger experience preferred
