We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Pickers to join our warehousing team at our multi-customer site in Rolleston. These are permanent roles with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week, offering a great opportunity to build practical skills in a busy logistics environment.

 This is an ideal entry-level Warehouse role for young talent or anyone looking to kick start their career within Warehousing and Logistics. You’ll be picking customer orders to ensure that products move accurately and efficiently across our operation.

Key Responsibilities

·         Pick, prepare, and pack orders for dispatch against set KPIs, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

·         Scan product with 100% accuracy

·         Conduct regular stock checks and support inventory management processes.

·         Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment.

·         Work collaboratively with the team to meet operational goals and deadlines.

·         Adhere strictly to all health and safety procedures and protocols.

What You’ll Bring

·         Previous warehouse experience is not essential—we’re happy to support people who are eager and willing to learn and develop their skills.

·         No OSH forklift licence is required for this role.

·         Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.

·         Physical capability to lift and move heavy items.

·         Basic computer skills for inventory and stock control tasks.

·         Effective communication skills and a team‑focused attitude.
