Senior Pricing Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Credit Strategy & Pricing Analyst to take ownership of pricing strategy, advanced analytics, and commercial decision-making within a growing and data-led financial services environment. You will play a key role in shaping lending performance, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across pricing and credit functions.

The Role
Lead the development and delivery of complex pricing, credit strategy, and analytical projects.
Conduct advanced data analysis and modelling to support business performance and strategic decision-making.
Translate complex findings into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Own and enhance pricing and simulation tools, ensuring accuracy and effective documentation.
Monitor performance against key business metrics and investigate areas of variance.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align pricing and credit strategies with wider business goals.
Support and mentor junior analysts, sharing technical expertise and best practice.
Drive process improvements and contribute to innovation across analytics and pricing functions.

Your Skills & Experience
Strong commercial experience within pricing, credit risk, lending strategy, or a related analytical function.
Advanced SQL and Python skills.
Experience using Power BI or similar visualisation tools.
Strong understanding of statistical analysis, modelling techniques, and performance measurement.
Ability to communicate complex analytical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with large data sets and translating findings into business recommendations.
Collaborative approach with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
