Alpers Dental is looking for an experienced Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our busy and supportive team.

We are a modern, well-established practice with 20+ team members, providing a wide range of general and advanced dental treatments. No two days are the same, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

You will be assisting our dentists with all aspects of general dentistry, including:

• General restorative procedures

• IV sedation

• Dental implants

• Surgical extractions

• Sterilisation and infection control

• Chairside assistance

• Patient care and support

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has minimum 2 years experience as a dental assistant.

• Is confident assisting with general dental procedures, including IV sedation, implants and surgical extractions.

• Works well as part of a team and enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture.

• Remains calm, organised and efficient in a busy clinical environment.

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Is reliable, proactive and takes pride in providing exceptional patient care.

• Has a positive attitude and enjoys having fun while working hard.
