We have recently engaged with a well-established and growing hospice organization seeking an experienced Executive Director to oversee operations in the Canton/Rome, GA area. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall direction and daily operations of hospice services
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, Federal, State, and accreditation guidelines
• Manage operational planning, budgeting, and financial performance
• Supervise, direct, and support clinical and administrative staff
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and staff development
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and interdisciplinary care coordination
• Monitor quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction outcomes
• Address patient, family, employee, and referral source concerns in a timely manner
• Participate in administrator on-call rotation
• Lead staff meetings and maintain operational communication across departments
• Oversee admissions, discharges, transfers, revocations, and service delivery processes
• Ensure policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are consistently followed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 Years of Hospice Management Experience Required
• Registered Nurse (RN) Strongly Preferred
