About the Role
As a Casual Support Worker, you will provide practical and person-centered support to clients in their homes and communities. Duties may include:
- Supporting clients with community participation and social activities
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Medication support
- Meal preparation and household tasks
- Accompanying clients to appointments and outings
- Manual handling and transfers where required
What We're Looking For
You will be:
- Compassionate, reliable, and motivated to support others
- Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- A strong communicator with a positive attitude
- Experienced in healthcare, disability support, or caregiving (preferred but not essential)
- Hold a Full New Zealand Driver License and have reliable transport
- Eligible to work in New Zealand
