Ripon College invites applications for two full-time, 9-month faculty positions starting August 2027: one primarily in accounting and one primarily in economics and business management. These hires will strengthen our programs in business management, finance, and economics and support the development of an accounting major.
Either position may be filled at the assistant or associate rank, on the tenure track or as a Professor of Practice, depending on qualifications and experience. A tenure-track appointment requires a terminal degree appropriate to the position’s discipline, such as a PhD, DBA, or JD, while the Professor of Practice may have a graduate degree and appropriate credentialing/experience in the field. The typical teaching load is three four-credit courses per semester.
