Hiring: RCM Trainer - AR (US Healthcare)

Experience: 3-7 Years

We are looking for an experienced RCM Trainer - AR with strong expertise in US Healthcare Accounts Receivable, Claim Follow-up, Denial Management, and Appeals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct new hire and refresher training programs.
Develop training materials, SOPs, and assessments.
Identify knowledge gaps and deliver performance improvement training.
Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to enhance process performance.
Monitor trainee progress and training effectiveness.

Requirements

3-7 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
Minimum 1 year of training experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of AR processes and denial management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
