  • Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, SIRS processes and clinical risk reviews.
  • Coordinate continuous improvement activities and assist teams with accreditation and regulatory reviews.
  • Review policies and procedures and provide practical education, coaching and guidance.
  • Prepare clear, accurate quality and compliance reports for leadership and governance committees.
  • Promote resident rights, culturally safe care and meaningful participation by residents and their chosen supporters.

About you

You are a collaborative and analytical clinician who can translate complex requirements into clear, practical advice. You build trusted relationships, approach challenges constructively and understand that effective quality systems must make a difference to everyday care.

You will bring:

  • Annual flu vaccination.

Qualifications in quality management, clinical governance or health management, Lead Auditor training, or experience in root cause analysis or human factors would be highly regarded.
