An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Head of Department to lead an established and substantial residential property management division in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs.
Overseeing a rent roll of just over 2,000 properties and a team of 19 professionals, this is a senior leadership position offering the opportunity to take full ownership of the department and drive its ongoing performance, growth and operational success.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll have the autonomy to shape the department's structure, develop processes and implement strategies that improve team performance, client satisfaction and overall business results.

- Develop an understanding of the financial mechanics of the rent roll and manage its commercial performance
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems and team structure
- Proven experience as a Property Management Head of Department
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor and motivate a team
- Commercially minded, with experience managing people, processes and operational performance
- Strong understanding of rent roll management, retention and revenue optimisation
- Highly organised with excellent operational capability and attention to detail
- Confident, mature and comfortable running a division autonomously
