About the role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Housekeeper to join our team. This role involves cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas to a high standard, while helping maintain the presentation and comfort of our hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms

• Change linen and make beds

• Replenish guest amenities

• Vacuum, dust and maintain room presentation

• Keep common areas clean and tidy

• Report maintenance issues or damage

• Handle lost property according to hotel procedure

• Greet and assist guests when approached

About you

• Previous accommodation or hotel housekeeping experience is must

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual and honest

• Physically fit and able to complete repetitive tasks

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Right to work in New Zealand

• Professional and respectful around guests and colleagues
